Job Overview
We are looking for dependable, motivated, and responsible Delivery Drivers to join our team delivering packages for FedEx routes.
This is a fast-paced position ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, staying active, working independently, and completing daily delivery routes efficiently.
No CDL is required.
Previous professional delivery experience is preferred but not required. Experience with companies or platforms such as Uber, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Amazon Delivery, Instacart, courier services, package delivery, or other driving-related positions is considered relevant experience.
Compensation
This position uses a performance-based pay structure , meaning drivers have the opportunity to earn more based on the number of stops successfully completed each day.
Training Pay:

Actual earnings depend on route volume, completed stops, attendance, performance, and other applicable requirements.
