The Job
You’ll deliver packages using a company-provided P1000 step van on routes averaging 160 stops and 25 miles per day. Expect about 10 hours per day, until all packages are delivered, with frequent lifting, bending, and getting in and out of the vehicle.
The position pays per stop and package, with a guaranteed daily minimum. Performance and safety bonuses and peak-season incentives are available. A mandatory video interview is part of the hiring process.
Compensation
Pay structure $1.10 per stop + $0.05 per package
Guaranteed minimum $150 per day
Training pay $150 per day for two weeks
Pay frequency Weekly on Friday
