Patient Experience Coordinator

Overview: Seeking a Part-Time Patient Experience Coordinator to join our dental team.
Main Responsibilities: Answering incoming telephone calls, managing patient scheduling, and collecting copays and deductibles.
Patient Support: Acting as the welcoming first impression for all incoming patients, offering clear guidance throughout their visit.
Clinic Environment: Helping maintain a calm, structured, and organized practice environment for both patients and staff members.

part-time $17 - $21 per hour

Shift: Evenings 1:30 PM to close.
