Physical Therapist Contract Role

Key Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
• Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans tailored to each student's unique requirements.
• Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress and participation in school activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided, progress, and communications in compliance with school policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for team-based student planning.
